Spencer Educational Foundation Welcomes Four Esteemed Industry Leaders to Board of Directors
John Diaz of Zurich, Jarrod Schlesinger of Allianz, Kristyn Smallcombe of CRC Group, and Cristina Vigilante of AIG join Spencer Board
New York, NY (July 11, 2025) – The Spencer Educational Foundation, a leading non-profit organization dedicated to funding the education of future risk management and insurance professionals, announced the appointment of four distinguished new members to its Board of Directors, effective mid-2025. These additions bring a wealth of expertise and diverse perspectives from across the industry, further strengthening the Foundation's commitment to its mission.
The new board members are:
John Diaz, Executive Vice President, Head of Customer & Distribution Management at Zurich North America
Jarrod Schlesinger, Global Head of Financial Lines and Cyber at Allianz
Kristyn Smallcombe, National Casualty Director at CRC Group
Cristina Vigilante, North America Head of Retail Distribution at AIG
