The Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) charitable and educational organization. Contributions are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law. Audited financial statements are included in the Annual Reports. The Foundation currently has $4.2 million in unrestricted net assets and $2.5 million in restricted net assets. Expenses were $923,000 in 2010.
