The Spencer Educational Foundation, Inc. awards a variety of Scholarships for Full-Time Undergraduate Students. While each scholarship has distinct eligibility requirements, students are required to complete one full-time application.
Named and Memorial Scholarships
The Spencer Educational Foundation, Inc. awards Named and Memorial Scholarships to Full-Time Undergraduate Students. These Scholarships frequently have a designated value and eligibility criteria and are chosen by the Foundation's Education Committee from the pool of applications received. The Committee will consider applicants who meet the following criteria for the 2013-14 academic year:

*if you are selected as a Lockton Scholarship recipient, there is an opportunity to intern at the Lockton Companies in Kansas City, MO.
General Fund Scholarships
In addition to the Named and Memorial Scholarships, The Spencer Educational Foundation, Inc. awards General Fund Scholarships to full-time undergraduate students. The Education Committee of the Foundation will consider applicants who meet the following criteria for the 2013-14 academic year:
- Full-time student (12 hours or more per term) - undergraduate junior/senior
- Field of study - normally a major or minor in a risk management discipline
- Career objective in risk management
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Relevant work experience
- Leadership skills
- Doctoral students should have had meaningful work experience
A complete scholarship application must be received (via email or by regular mail) by January 31, 2013.
